Philosophy of Counseling

I believe that each one of us struggles with emotional or relational hurts at some point in life. I feel very honored to journey with clients who want to address these issues. I enjoy helping people move in a direction of increased inner peace and spiritual awareness of their value in God's eyes. I value each person I counsel along with a deep appreciation for every day of life.

Community Involvement

I have been an active member of The Chapel for the past 25 years. I enjoy hosting small groups in my home. My three adult children live out of town now, but when they were students in Huron Schools, I was involved in their many activities. I have fond memories of being the piano accompanist for three musicals.  Having grown up in a rural setting, I have a committed sense of family ties and enjoy helping elderly relatives.
